Before the next step

A few useful
answers.

Do I need another accounting program?

No. Kaupify keeps your bookkeeping in its own ledger, with a chart of accounts, journal entries, invoicing and financial reports. Store connections and bank feeds are optional; availability depends on your plan, country and provider setup.

Is this a real company workspace?

Every screen here is an illustrative example with sample data. Browsing the tour creates no company records and does not send invoices, connect a bank or accept payments.

Can I start using Kaupify now?

Public registration is not open yet. Book a demo and we’ll discuss your business, the tools you need, availability and the next steps.

Are bank feeds and card payments included in the tour?

The bank example shows CSV statement matching. Automatic bank connections require separate provider setup and a supported bank and region. Card payments require an approved payment provider and compatible setup. We can review those requirements with you in a demo.

Can I bring records from another system?

We can review the exports your current system provides. Available records and original files depend on the product and export format. Opening balances and imported records need checking before the move is treated as complete.
