Automatic bank feeds and card payments require provider setup and approval. Payment, SMS and network usage are billed separately.
No. Kaupify has its own ledger for double-entry bookkeeping, with a chart of accounts, journal entries and financial reports. You can handle everyday bookkeeping here without Dinero or e-conomic. Connections to webshops, banks and payment providers are optional and require their own setup.

We can help review what your current system exports. Supported records and original files depend on the product and export format. We’ll check the available data and reconcile the results before treating the move as complete.
Read the migration guideYou can import CSV bank statements and review transactions against your accounts. Automatic feeds are a separate service that depends on the provider, supported bank and completed setup. Ask us to check your bank before choosing a plan for that feature.
